One night in a club a friend inadvertently put out a cigarette in my right eye.
Drunk with alcohol, fear and pain - I was blind from one side but I was still taking pictures.
I went to the backstage to shoot the dragqueens there.
That's where I met
Marc Zaffuto and Emmanuel d'Orazio the Art Directors of Manko Cabaret whom I  explained that photography works with one eye, that I was fine since I still had one, that to see the world with one eye is more accurate for a photographer.
That's when they offered me to come and work at their cabaret, the following photos illustrate the month of September 2016.
I couldn't use my eye the next few days but I quickly got back my dear visual accuity.
And finally the sun rose...
